Important Internet Security Change
In order to further protect your
identity, Florida Citizens Bank has added an additional security feature to our
Home Banking System. When you first
log-in after this upgrade, you will be asked to provide numeric answers to at least
six challenge questions to establish your personalized security settings. Once established, you will only be prompted
to answer randomly selected challenge questions every 90 days to re-authenticate
your computer, anytime you log in from a different computer, or anytime you transfer
money using home banking.
You WILL NOT be asked to change
your user name and/or password during this process.
Florida Citizens Bank Multiple Authentication Program
This program helps
ensure that only you can access your account information by validating your computer
at each log-in. This is our way of recognizing your
computer online, just like we recognize you when you walk into one of our branch
If our network does not recognize
your computer, our network will require that you answer one of the challenge
questions that you answered at your first log-in.
This allows us to protect your information even if someone fraudulently gained
access to your user name and password.
